CANCELLATION POLICY:

Artisan Dental is committed to providing exceptional care to all our patients. When we schedule an appointment for you, we reserve that time specifically for your needs. If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require two business days notice so that we may accommodate the dental care of other patients. With short notice cancellations, a fee will be charged to your account.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

At Artisan Dental we strive to make the best possible treatment plan for your needs. In order to do so, we need to consider your overall health history and your present medical conditions to help you achieve optimal dental health. Please be as accurate as you can when disclosing any medical conditions and share information even if you think it may not be relevant. Any and all information that you share with us will be kept completely confidential.
